Interesting take on the themes of "Good Old Neon." I personally felt that the overarching theme of it all was the nature of subjectivity in regards to how an individual perceives himself and how others perceive the individual. I've noticed this theme before in Infinite Jest and I feel that it ties back into the author's personal life in regards to how he feels about depression, suicide, etc.
